R&D Team
R&D team of the company was established by 5 overseas-returned Ph.Ds who used to work for world renowned electric motor companies. With their rich experience and advanced concepts built up from their years of experience of product design, development, manufacture and project management in foreign countries, they help boost and guide the progress of the whole R&D team of the company. More than 97% of the R&D team are professional technical staff, in which 40% hold doctoral or master degrees. The company set up high standard professional lab in the R&D centers in America, Shanghai and Wuhan, and provided the best design tools and advanced testing equipments. Currently the company has outstanding R&D strength in the fields of power and electronics, motor design and control, mechanical and electronic integration and embedded software design etc., has obtained over 20 patents at state level, developed and produced servo motor and motor controller with independent IPR which is used for automatic control of garment sewing equipments, and is widely recognized in the industry.
